What will you do:
You will work closely with the data engineering team on the development of a ticketing platform that will allow the team to automate their operational tasks.
Project objectives:
- The operations team will be able to make decisions systematically via the ticketing platform
-The ticketing platform will be integrated with an IOT platform
-Clients, administrative staff and workers will have their own interfaces on the platform
